I design logos and brand identities that hold up at 16 pixels and on a billboard. Three distinct concepts first, then refinement on the one that's actually right — not fifty variations of the same idea.

Concept rationale — logistics startupSample
Design rationale for one of three logo concepts presented to a logistics startup.
Concept 2 uses a broken-then-completed line: your promise is closing the gap between dispatch and delivery. It reads at 16px, works in one color, and survives being embroidered on a polo — which, per your brief, is where it will live most.
Refinement rationale — wellness app iconSample
Refinement notes explaining three deliberate design changes made to the selected logo concept for a fitness app targeting people who've abandoned other fitness apps.
The arc is now asymmetric, not a perfect half-circle. A perfectly symmetrical arc read too much like a generic "sunrise" stock icon once drawn at full size — the refined version rises slightly steeper on the left and eases off more gradually on the right, like a breath in, held, then released. That small asymmetry is what makes it feel hand-considered rather than template-generated.
Refinement decision — Gulf seafood restaurant identity (Arabic-first)Sample
Refinement-stage rationale for combining two of three logo concepts into one identity system for a Saudi/UAE seafood restaurant chain, written natively in Arabic.
Based on the comparison table and prior recommendation, Concept 1 "The Horizon" was combined as the primary (text/typographic) logo with Concept 3 "The Coastal Seal" as a supporting square mark (favicon and packaging). This merge covers the primary use case (the exterior sign) and secondary uses (menus, packaging, small screens) with one coherent system, instead of repeating the same idea in different colors. The exterior sign needs clear, long-range text, while the favicon and packaging can't carry full text clearly in a small space — so a system with a primary and a supporting component fits better than forcing one mark to perform two roles it isn't suited for.
